Lindy Resident Emergency Relief Fund
The Lindy Resident Emergency Relief Fund supports residents experiencing set-backs due to unforeseen circumstances and emergencies. Too often families with employment, current on their rental obligation, experience a one-time set back and struggle to restore stability.
This Rent Relief fund assists many families, otherwise in proper standing. Whether it’s a temporary loss of work, an injury or medical emergency, residents with at least one year of residency are invited to apply for grant relief.
In the funds first three months, since June, 2020, over $100,000 has been granted to various families, boosting resident and community stability.
Grants are processed by the non-profit Philanthropos.
Our goal is to help responsible good standing residents stay in their home when faced with an unexpected financial emergency.
